What To Sell On Ebay

I learned how to set up this entire business and start creating my own products from the master himself – Steve Poke.  He published the “$50 A Day Auction Challenge”

I purchased his guide over a year ago… finally I am ‘in business’ publishing and selling Public Domain information on eBay again.

These products are fun to research and fun to create (after you get over the learning curve – which isn’t very high).  I love projects that don’t “bore” me – and yet I have a few times during the product creation process where I can actually watch TV at the same time (editing can be an easy but boring/routine process).

One Thing Was Missing From This Business Model – Automation!

I have the desire (actually – in my business I MUST) to have this business Automated.

I use Kunaki.com to produce my CD’s into professional looking products and ship them to my customers for me.  Kunaki is a one of the best POD (print on demand) options available for all of us… they do fantastic work for a fantastic price. 

At this point – this is almost the perfect business!

I needed “MORE: automation.   I still have to take all the sold product customer information and manually transfer from eBay to Kunaki.

I went on the hunt for a product to provide that automation – and found several to test.

The results of my testing – well…. Yuck.

Every product required technical “stuff” that I’m just plain not “good” at.  I couldn’t get any of them to work.   I had to ask for a ridiculous  amount of refunds after trying to get customer support to help me.  Instructions were lacking – or written by someone who writes in “geek” (which I don’t speak) and English is a second (or third) language.

What I wanted:

1. A product that was easy to install and set up.

2. A product with GREAT customer service.

3. A product with lot’s of step by step instructions – in video and written format.

4. A product that worked!

Is that to much to ask?

In my frustration – I decided that I needed to create a product myself. Yes – little ol’ me was going to offer a product that is a “script” to make something work automatically.

Of course – the technical stuff was way over my head… so I called in an expert and explained exactly what I wanted.  She helped me develop this product and is also my support “staff” for this product.  Cindy lives in the U.S. and doesn’t speak “Geek”. Plus… she has so much patience with someone like me – who is “tech phobic”. LOL

After the product was perfected to Cindy’s standards (which are high!) – she sent it over to me to install myself. I did it – twice and had noooo problems.  She made the video’s that were easy to follow and I didn’t have any “fear”… Yippee!

I “needed” this product for my own business… and thought you might like to have it in your tool chest as well…
