I&#039;m new to the use of Public Domain, and your website is a great resource.   

I may not be understanding the process described above, and I have a question of using public domain work and adding your name to it.  It seems to me that even if a work is public domain, putting your name on someone else&#039;s work without crediting them is plagarism.  What am I missing here?
