When it comes to earning money online (including blogs) you really only have a few options outside of writing all of the content yourself…
There’s Resale Rights Products..
Yeah, right.
These are products that someone else sold you the rights to resell.
The problem with them is that you don’t have the right the edit the content to suit your needs, the content is usually sub-par, and they generally include links to someone else’s other products and websites.
No thanks.
The only people that benefit from resale rights products are the people that created them in the first place.
What about Private Label Rights products?
Bottom line with PLR – it’s usually recycled crap that’s not going to be of a high enough quality to risk the success of your business on.
Don’t get me wrong – I’ve found some great PLR. When I do find great PLR content sites… I purchase as much as I can. The only problem is… I have to rewrite every article to make it original.
Most PLR niche-related content is written by someone that can barely speak english much less write it. Then there’s the fact that everyone else is trying to make a buck with the exact same PLR content…Ugghh!
When’s the last time you ever saw a decent piece of PLR content that focused on something outside of the “Internet Marketing” Niche?
You could hire a ghostwriter right?
Sure.
A good ghostwriter is worth their weight in gold – and they charge their weight in gold!
While cheap ghost writers can create content at a very fast pace… it’s always a crap shoot whether it’s going to be something worth reading.
Quite frankly, a good ghostwriter that can actually produce quality content ain’t gonna be cheap. The ghostwriters that are cheap aren’t going to produce the kind of content you would want to use in your products.
Then, there’s the plagiarism factor. How do you know for sure that the content you’ve been supplied with hasn’t been ripped off from somebody else’s copyrighted work? With rare exception, I’ll pass.
Do I have a solution? You Bet!
Public Domain Content is the least used content on the internet. Why? Because most online marketers don’t know about it… Yet.
Most content publishers believe that Public Domain articles and books are just old and would be relevant for todays markets. The belief is wrong and if you can “wrap your mind” around the potential of using Public Domain articles and books to increase your writing productivity… you will leave most other publishers in the dust.
