Today is really an extension of last weeks article: Using Public Domain Articles As Teleseminar Content. I previously discussed the use of articles found in the public domain as content for a seminar… specifically one that is done online.

But what about those teleseminars that you want to do with an authority?
Using an interview with a professional can immediately add credibility to your website, but these can be somewhat difficult to come up with, depending on the field that your website relates to.
Many professionals know that their time is very valuable to them and will charge you a great deal. Others will not even speak to you unless you are involved with a reputable publication.
A solution to this problem is to find public domain interviews to put on your website. These interviews can be found in public domain magazines, which are quickly becoming a popular way to come up with website content.
There are countless public domain magazines out there that are free for you to use on your website and this includes interviews with industry professionals, so take a look for these items today and you will have a professional feel to your website in no time.
Another problem with using a professional is that you have no control over that person’s opinion.
If your professional’s ideologies differ from what you are attempting to accomplish, it makes the entire interview worthless to you.
When you use interviews from public domain magazines, however, you can pick and choose which articles you use, so you can be sure that the opinion in the article matches what you are trying to accomplish.
Public domain magazines are all over the place and by learning the laws of the country in which the magazine was copyrighted,
you can quickly have access to more content that you will ever need. This will save you a great deal of money and get you the
expert credibility that you need, so it is definitely something that should be taken advantage.
Since many of these interviews are found in high end public domain magazines that used some of the best professional writers of that era, they will also be very high in quality and will keep your readers highly interested.
Public domain articles are the next wave of internet content because getting content on a regular basis is far too difficult for many webmasters.
You can choose to place the interview in it’s written form on your website… But… a better idea would be to record yourself “speaking” the interview. Think about that for a second… What a cool idea. And it’s all original to you.
If you need content from a true professional, but do not have access to someone in that field, find yourself an interview in a public domain magazine and you will immediately have exactly what you need.

Oh my goodness. This is awesome for those days when I dry up like a prune. You know what they call writers’ block! I have been looking a bit at public domain and I am glad I can get resources. I love to see women out there doing so much to help people.
Good work!
Hey Pat… When you do as much podcasting and recording as you do… this idea is a true time saver.
Imagine… just spending one day locating all the public domain articles and interviews related to your target market. Saving them to a file.
And now… this one day of research will give you enough ideas, tips, interview topics etc… to last for years.
How cool is that?
