The notice said that MarkMonitor is authorized to speak/act on behalf of Sunkist Growers, Inc. and/or one or more of its affiliated packinghouses, who own certain intellectual property rights, including many trademarks (Sunkist, Tartan, Pure Gold, Homer, Shamrock, Strathmore, Miracle, Golden, Eagle, Pala Brave, Cal-Oro, Rooster, Pride of Venice Cove, Strength, Albion, General. How can you be sure those fruit labels are indeed in the public domain?
